Our Youth Members are motivated to achieve and be the best Scouts they can be, you are welcome to join us.
Our 1st Ballan Scout Group is made up of families who are motivated to help their community, while offering unique opportunities for their children to grow and develop into young adults and future leaders within our community. Through interesting programs, our Joeys, Cubs & Scouts are actively engaged within the community and scouting activities through service, adventure, experience and opportunity.

That you can earn badges, you can have a lot of fun doing lots of different games & challenges and sleepovers and stuff at night. There can also be different events on lots of week-ends and other times.
SCOUT

I like how we go out and do stuff that we really don’t do at home or school. At the camps you meet new people and have different fun from home or school.
JOEY

Wombat puts on a lot of really fun games. I like to play the fun games with my friends.
CUB

I like coming to cubs because we do a lot of fun activities and it’s not boring. We do fun stuff and I’ve made lots of friends through Cuboree from other groups.
